Consultation/
Direct Behavioral Services
Sims provides consultation to mental health agencies and school districts regarding managing behavior and mental health needs.
Fees range from $85/hour (off-site) to $115/hour (on-site).
Counseling
Sims is a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Board Certified Counselor who provides individual, couples, group, and family counseling. Sims utilizes evidence-based interventions through CBT and Solution Focused perspectives.
Fees range from $125/hour to $650/evaluation
Program Development
Sims loves developing programming using a systems approach. Sims has successfully created social emotional programs, behavior management programs, Safe Zone LGBTQ+ competency certification, and ISS/ISI programs.
Professional Development
Sims has professional development options ranging from 30 minutes long to multi-day workshops. Sims is knowledgeable of mental health diagnoses and treatment modalities, suicide assessment, special education services, social emotional learning, and behavior management techniques.
Assessment
Because of Sims's licensure, certifications, and graduate studies, Sims is able to diagnose and behaviorally treat mental disorders. Sims uses a variety of valid and reliable instruments to evaluate the client's needs. Sims has vast experience conducting functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) as well.
